"I first met Henry through Boot camps he was running in Peckham Rye Park. Henry immediately struck me as an extremely motivating and encouraging individual, with a very kind and unjudgemental energy about him. My sister-in-law and I decided to invest in some personal training sessions with Henry. It was honestly the best decision I made in terms of getting myself ready for my second Tough Mudder event. Henry personalised a fitness plan that was very specific to my individual needs in preparation for me to be able to carry my own body weight as well as maintain my endurance capabilities.
