Personalised Workout


Our personal trainers create a specific workout plan just for you based on what you want to achieve. This takes into account, your goals, likes, dislikes, strengths and weaknesses and can be tailored around you. This makes it more specific to achieving your goals compared to a plan from the latest fitness magazine which could be written for Joe Bloggs.





Motivation is often difficult to maintain when you exercise on your own. Regular sessions with our personal trainers can enhance your motivation to continue with a workout plan. When you exercise on your own, it is easier to skip a session here and there or fall off the wagon completely since there's no one to hold you accountable for you actions.  Working with our trainers keeps you accountable, making it more likely that you'll stick with your training program.



Goal Achievement


Our personal trainers help you define your fitness goals. They take into account your current fitness level and discuss what you want to achieve through your workouts. While you may have some idea of the goals you want to set, our trainers are able to help you break them down into smaller goals that are specific and realistic.



Technique and Injury Prevention


Watching all the youtube videos or reading all the magazine routines doesn't compare to having a trainer by your side providing you immediate feedback on your form and technique. Often people shy away from equipment, new activities and exercises because they are afraid of hurting themselves or don't know how to do it correctly. Our trainers will teach you how to use equipment properly so that you do not injure yourself.
